We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were even offered a refreshing welcome drink while we waited. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view of the surrounding fields. The amenities provided, such as the in-room safe, free Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV, added to the comfort and convenience of our stay. We particularly enjoyed the private open-air onsen, which was incredibly relaxing and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The onsen had a limited view but was still an amazing experience. We also appreciated the free shuttle service and the option to borrow bicycles to explore the area.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

During my stay at Yufuin Bath Satoyamasafu in Yufu, I was impressed by the spacious and clean room. The traditional Japanese style and soothing roasted tea aroma made me feel instantly comfortable. The view from the room was also quite nice. The highlight of my stay was definitely the private open-air onsen, which was absolutely superb. I enjoyed a relaxing soak, and the fact that no reservation was needed and I had 30 minutes per use was very convenient. Another pleasant surprise was the excellent food offered at the hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had two beautiful and spacious private bathrooms with stunning views. the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was also perfect, situated in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by nature, which allowed for a much-needed break from the busy city life.
The beds were uncomfortably hard and made for a poor sleeping experience. the temperature of the hot springs was not as warm as expected, and it was quite cold outside, which made it a bit uncomfortable while soaking in the water.

The hotel is located down the valley close to the river, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. the room was spacious and elegant, with separate zones for relaxation and tea, bed, and bathroom. the staff provided good service, and the breakfast was nice and appetizingly displayed, with a good selection of dishes. the hotel had an outdoor onsen with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains.
One aspect to note, the hotel's public baths were reportedly quite disappointing, with a poor selection of sake and wine.

The private bath with a mountain view was great, and the free bicycles helped us get around. the food was challenging but good.
The bed was so hard it was uncomfortable, and the staff was very pushy about getting us out by 10 am.
